Creating Your Suddenlink Email Address

Suddenlink mail addresses are not created automatically at registration. Instead, they must be set up manually. Customers must choose a unique username when they first sign up with Suddenlink. This username is the primary user account and can be used for several purposes such as paying bills online, watching Internet TV streaming services and using email. Secondary usernames can also be added to this main account.

The primary username and secondary usernames can create one free email address. Users can choose whatever email address they wish, it does not have to be the same as their username but it must be unique and not already in use by another customer.

To create secondary usernames and email address associated with usernames, go to the Suddenlink home page at http://www.suddenlink.net and select the MyAccount link from the top navigation bar. Log in and select the My Profile link to add email addresses.
